All orders shall be processed for delivery, upon payment confirmation, within the same working day (Monday – Friday, excluding National Holidays). Any delays in shipping shall be notified ahead.

As we are committed to ensure a timely delivery of our products, all AWB and delivery tracking ref shall be provided promptly to customers when your orders have been shipped.

Orders can be delivered to all destinations world-wide. Please be informed that all international deliveries maybe subject to taxes, fees, transportation charges or any additional customs-related expenses. Please verify all potential costs to incur for the imports prior to placing the order.

RETURNS & REFUND

Policy for exchange or returning products

Please notify us immediately in case of damaged or lost of packages upon receipt. In cases where wrong products are delivered, a replacement shall be arranged provided that the wrong delivery (package received earlier) be returned in its proper condition, being intact. Such replacement shall be arranged within 7 days; at no extra charges to customers.
